Understanding The Associated Costs
When you visit any of our three practices for treatment, our goal is to ensure you can move forward with your care with a clear understanding of the associated costs. If your treatment program requires several visits, you will be given a treatment cost estimate and be given the opportunity to discuss financial arrangements with our office administrator.
For your convenience, we accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover in addition to cash or check payments and work with various financing providers to offer flexible payment solutions.
Insurance Acceptance
Our insurance coordinators deal with all kinds of dental insurance companies. While insurance companies offer many dental plans, these plans and policies change guidelines almost weekly. At times, it’s nearly impossible to have the most up-to-date information for you. In most cases, a four- to six-week period will elapse before we receive treatment coverage information. In addition, many insurance companies will not release benefit information until treatment is completed.
However, as a courtesy, we will predetermine treatment costs for you. This will give you up-front information regarding your reimbursement from your insurance company, and how much of the treatment cost will be considered “out-of-pocket.”
Please keep in mind that all fees are payable at each visit. At the end of each visit, we will submit any forms to your insurance company, along with all necessary treatment information. They will also be prompted to send any and all reimbursements to you directly.
